hmmmm, outdoor wheels are actually made softer to absorb the impact of rocks and bumpy concrete and whatnot. AT least thats what I have experienced and discussed. _________________ SHUTUP VENUS!!

Maybe I didn't say that right. My outdoor wheels seem very hard because when I hit a rock, they just roll over it smoothly. When I skated in my Power Plus wheels through Tempe on New Years Eve one year, the rocks chunked them out pretty bad. _________________ #1631

Yeah, outdoor wheels are made softer so that they can roll over the rocks. Outdoor wheels are like 86 firmness and indoors are like 92 or something like that... _________________ Ann Thrash, Ref

yup
Kryptonics (I think thats what my outdoor wheels are called)
They are really soft, I could practically four wheel drive in them. HUGE difference from indoor wheels. _________________ Dolly de los Muertos

Yes, Kryptonics Route 65's........these wheels are the absolute BEST outdoor wheels......ha ha ha......I say that like I've had a ton to know the difference, but like Dolly said, they are like 4 Wheeling, seriously, the best!!
If you are going to do outdoor skating, they are totally worth the investment or you could do what I did and ask your sweet, loving Sissy for some for your b-day, lol!! |
